My name is R. Dale Shaw and I have been the senior pastor of the Pequea Brethren in Christ Church since October 15th, 1997. I was born at Lions Head Ontario into a strong Christian Pilgrim Holiness family where my mother was a pastor. I graduated from Emmanuel Bible College in Kitchener, Ontario and spent sixteen years as pastor of Powassan Wesleyan Church, Stayner Brethren in Christ Church and New Life Brethren In Christ Church in Collingwood. In 1984 I accepted the ministry as the Director of the Brethren in Christ Board for Evangelism and Church Planting until July of 1990 when I became the Brethren in Christ Bishop of the Canadian Conference. I am married to Ann Marie since August 3, 1968. We have two sons, Darren who along with his wife Jenn have two daughters and live in Nappanee Indiana and Dave who along with his wife Jenni have one son and live in Niagara Falls, Ontario. My hobbies are drag racing, auctioneering and car/truck/tractor model collecting.

My passion in life has been to help people who are away from God become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. It is a pleasure to pastor a congregation of long time and short time members and adherents who merge their time, talents and treasure to grow the kingdom of God.
